Terms & Conditions
Minimum 6 Slots to be played per day.
Release instructions & material to reach 7 working days in advance of the first transmission date.
All deals to be supported by a duly signed contract between Sneh Broadcasting Networks Pvt. Ltd. and the client of the advertising agency.
Schedules need to be provided in a hard & soft copy in the format specified by Sneh Broadcasting Networks Pvt. Ltd.
All documents must be sent in original, duly signed.
Reschedules require 7 days notice & cancellations need 14 days notice.
Commercial schedules are subject to change in case of live coverage’s/special events.
Any missed spot will be made good in the immediate available space in the applicable time band within 72 hrs.
All Commercials will be carried subject to availability.
Commercials should abide by the advertising codes laid down by the ministry of information & Broadcasting, Government of India from time to time.
As per Govt. of India notification, service tax will be levied on net billing. Should the Government of India levy any other tax the same will be borne by
the client.
Commercial should be in multi-role of 10 seconds and should not exceed the duration specified in the release order.
For commercial exceeding the specified duration, bills will be raised at the next highest multiple of 10 seconds.
Sneh Broadcasting Networks Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change rates without any prior notice or introduce any new categories at any point of time.
All payments by political parties or special offers/discounts need to be made in advance.
Sneh Broadcasting Networks Pvt. Ltd. stands indemnified against any claim arising directly or indirectly from the telecast or non-telecast of a commercial.
Sneh Broadcasting Networks Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel advertising at any point on default of payment.
Sneh Broadcasting Networks Pvt. Ltd. can change the program wheel without any prior notice.
